Xtreme had the pleasure of welcoming 39 ladies to the pink collar boxing training last night.

What a great atmosphere in the gym, got everyone sorted with the paper work and quickly got down to some bag and pad work with the in-house xtreme guys being put through their paces, with all of the ladies getting involved in the training.

A great night, thanks to everyone who attended last night and looking forward to seeing you all again tomorrow night for round 2!

We will keep you posted on progress over the following weeks as the ladies get fight ready for 27th February.

Boxing training is a great way to improve fitness, stamina and confidence and can be used as part of your personal training regime.

We have already had enquires about joining the gym from some of those who attended last night! If you fancy joining a friendly, local family run Gym, with a great mix of people then get in touch.
Use the contact form and we will get back to you ASAP.

Happy New Year from Xtreme!

New Years Resolutions

Happy New Year from all of us at Xtreme Training Centre. We’re really excited for another year of helping you achieve your goals, and pushing yourself to the Xtreme.

We all know with New Year comes New Year’s resolutions. And with the top 10 resolutions including “lose weight”, “spend less and save more” and “staying fit and healthy”, we’re struggling to think of reasons why you wouldn’t want to come and see us in 2016.

You only have to see our reviews on Facebook to see just how friendly an atmosphere it is, and how helpful this Norton Canes based, family run gym is, in keeping you motivated, and giving you a great experience every session.

If you are looking to build yourself up, or maybe get into boxing, we can help you train, motivate you to succeed and we even hold events in the gym to give you a goal to aim for.

But you don’t need to be a bodybuilder to come along. We welcome anyone, and will work with everyone to obtain your individual goals, whether that’s maintaining an active lifestyle, or perhaps even just gaining confidence in yourself and how you approach fitness.

It’s not all about the exercise though. If you’re looking to be healthier in 2016, you’ll probably be thinking about nutrition too. At Xtreme, we know a training plan goes deeper than heading to the gym a couple of times a week, which is why we provide ready meals available at the centre, as well as an area to prepare and enjoy them, keeping you on track to achieve your goals.

So if your New Year’s list reads “Get fit and healthy”, “Eat better”, “Save money”, “Meet new people” and “Actually stick to my resolutions” then maybe it’s time to get yourself down to one of the best gyms in the Cannock area. Head to Xtreme Training Centre, meet the team, try the facilities on a day session and if you want to save a bit of money, get signed up for a membership. It could be the best decision you make in 2016.
