Programmes will be available on the night.

As usual at our events, we will have a bar on the night with a great selection of draught beers, spirits and soft drinks, but this time we will also have the real deal Guinness on offer, as well as some Jägermeister promotions to help you celebrate the night.

As with our last event, we will be hosting a raffle on the night to raise funds for our selected charity, Newlife Children’s Charity.

We raised a huge amount at our last event, and would like to break our record if possible! Prizes for the night so far include:  a USN sports bag tower and sports bottle set, a large Easter egg , a lovely hamper (as can be seen on our Facebbok page) and FREE gym memberships, so it really is worth it to donate some money to a great cause.

Raffle tickets are available in the gym at the counter, and will also be available on the night!

If you are a local business and would like to donate a prize, we would be very grateful, as would our charity.

We still have some availability for fighters in the show. This is open to everyone. That includes veterans, ladies and any newbies. You’ll only be matched with someone of the same standard, so why not speak to Lee or Dom to find out more details.

It’s just £20 for a standard ticket!

It would be great to see as many of you there as possible supporting your local gym in Norton Canes and the fighters who are training hard. We’re looking forward to another superb night, so buy your tickets from reception now.

39 ladies HIT Xtreme

to use 1-crop

Xtreme had the pleasure of welcoming 39 ladies to the pink collar boxing training last night.

What a great atmosphere in the gym, got everyone sorted with the paper work and quickly got down to some bag and pad work with the in-house xtreme guys being put through their paces, with all of the ladies getting involved in the training.

A great night, thanks to everyone who attended last night and looking forward to seeing you all again tomorrow night for round 2!

We will keep you posted on progress over the following weeks as the ladies get fight ready for 27th February.

Boxing training is a great way to improve fitness, stamina and confidence and can be used as part of your personal training regime.

We have already had enquires about joining the gym from some of those who attended last night! If you fancy joining a friendly, local family run Gym, with a great mix of people then get in touch.
Use the contact form and we will get back to you ASAP.

Happy New Year from Xtreme!

New Years Resolutions

Happy New Year from all of us at Xtreme Training Centre. We’re really excited for another year of helping you achieve your goals, and pushing yourself to the Xtreme.

We all know with New Year comes New Year’s resolutions. And with the top 10 resolutions including “lose weight”, “spend less and save more” and “staying fit and healthy”, we’re struggling to think of reasons why you wouldn’t want to come and see us in 2016.

You only have to see our reviews on Facebook to see just how friendly an atmosphere it is, and how helpful this Norton Canes based, family run gym is, in keeping you motivated, and giving you a great experience every session.

If you are looking to build yourself up, or maybe get into boxing, we can help you train, motivate you to succeed and we even hold events in the gym to give you a goal to aim for.

But you don’t need to be a bodybuilder to come along. We welcome anyone, and will work with everyone to obtain your individual goals, whether that’s maintaining an active lifestyle, or perhaps even just gaining confidence in yourself and how you approach fitness.

It’s not all about the exercise though. If you’re looking to be healthier in 2016, you’ll probably be thinking about nutrition too. At Xtreme, we know a training plan goes deeper than heading to the gym a couple of times a week, which is why we provide ready meals available at the centre, as well as an area to prepare and enjoy them, keeping you on track to achieve your goals.

So if your New Year’s list reads “Get fit and healthy”, “Eat better”, “Save money”, “Meet new people” and “Actually stick to my resolutions” then maybe it’s time to get yourself down to one of the best gyms in the Cannock area. Head to Xtreme Training Centre, meet the team, try the facilities on a day session and if you want to save a bit of money, get signed up for a membership. It could be the best decision you make in 2016.

Visit our contact page to get in touch and for how to find us.

A message from Dom

ticket for xtreme warriors boxing event

As you’ll be aware Xtreme are holding their Xtreme Warriors Boxing event on Saturday 14th November, which we’re all very excited for.

Here are a few words from Dom on the event:

I would just like to say a big well done to all the Xtreme fighters who are representing the Saturday 14th November.

We have some excellent proven fighters in the gym with a very good track record.  We also have some fighters on the card who originally started training to improve their fitness.  They have made some fantastic progress and are now testing themselves in front of you all.

Please get behind the lads and show them the support and encouragement that they deserve.

It takes a huge amount of courage to step in the ring and they deserve everyone’s respect.  Win or lose you all should be very proud of yourselves.

I would also like to thank Morgan for bringing his fighters into the gym for the Xtreme Warriors event.

I hope you all have a fantastic night and enjoy the first Xtreme Boxing Night.

Supporting Newlife Children’s Charity

Newlife Children's Charity Logo

Many of you will be aware we are running our Xtreme Warriors Boxing event on Saturday 14th November at 6.30pm.

During the event, we will be supporting Newlife Children’s Charity, which is a cause we all feel strongly about. For those of you who don’t know much about the charity, they have put together a few words about themselves, and how they help children, both in Staffordshire and across the country.

“Newlife is a national charity supporting children with disabilities and terminal illnesses. Our vision is that every single disabled child and their family get the special care and direct help that they need and that together we fight the key causes of childhood disability.  These aren’t luxuries, but items like car seats for safer travel, beds for complex care needs, wheelchairs that enable children to go to school and communication aids which allow them to tell their parents they love them. We cannot always change a disability, but we can change the experience of being disabled. Thanks to our new ’Newlife in Your County’ resource, 100% of every donation made during this event will be used to provide specialist equipment to children with disabilities or terminal illness in Staffordshire. Currently in Staffordshire, we have 15 children waiting for equipment costing £3447.00. Your support means we can help these children as soon as possible. For more information visit

We’d love to see you there on Saturday to support both the charity and the fighters who have worked extremely hard in their training.

Tickets are available at the desk. £20 for a standard ticket and £35 for a VIP ticket.

Doors will be open at 6.30pm with the first fight at 7.15pm.
