New opening hours!

From Tuesday November 3rd we will be opening from 6am on Tuesdays through to Fridays, to give you an extra opportunity to train.

You may have seen recently that we have opened up for day time training sessions for those of you on shifts, or with a bit more available time during the middle of the day. As we want to do everything possible for our members, and help you achieve your goals, we want to make sure you early risers have a chance too.

It may be darker in the mornings, and a little harder to get yourself out of bed, but you may want to consider making the most of these extra few hours, as the benefits to exercising first thing in a morning are huge!

For those of you looking to lose weight, it is clinically proven, and can be seen in a trial reported on by mens fitness that exercising before you eat your breakfast will help you lose weight, as well as protect you from unhealthy conditions.

And guys, those hormones that are going to help you build muscle are elevated in the early morning hours more than any other time of the day, so an earlier workout just makes sense.

Not to mention you’ll be more focused and ready for the day by the time you reach work or your lecture, your metabolism is elevated more throughout the day and you’ll find you sleep better too.

So whatever your goal, there are no excuses, take advantage of all of our facilities at a less busy time of the day, and get down to Xtreme, from 6am Tuesday to Friday.

UPDATE: Though we received high demand for earlier opening hours, these have not been used. So we will be returning to normal opening hours, and looking to trial an earlier opening time in the New Year when the weather improves.

Since reopening the gym last September, Xtreme Training Centre has gone from strength to strength to create a friendly, local gym for people in the Norton Canes area.

Unlike other gyms, we actually care about helping each and every one of our members and helping them reach their goals, because you aren’t just another number in a system to us.

We welcome anyone, whether you’ve never stepped foot inside a gym before, or are a regular gym-goer and are looking for a better environment to achieve your goals.

Xtreme Training CentreWelcome to the new and improved Xtreme Training Centre website, which contains lots of information about the gym, our classes, products and much more!

Since rebranding as Xtreme Training Centre last year, the gym has gone from strength to strength (no pun intended!) and membership has grown. We’re thrilled with the feedback you’re giving us and we are still continuing to improve the gym and add new machinery and facilities.

There are still a lot of people in the area who don’t know about us or how we can help them reach their goals, so we wanted a website that could help people find us and encourage them to pop in. On top of that we wanted somewhere existing members could keep up to date with what’s happening and when classes are on.

We’d like to thank The Marketing People who branded us, have helped us with the design for our drinks labels, t-shirts, training cards, signs in the gym and much more, and designed and developed this website.

You can also keep up to date with us on Facebook, where we’re currently running a selfie competition with a free month’s membership up for grabs for the very best entries. You’ve got until the end of February to get your selfies in!

Membership is just £25 a month and we don’t do contracts. Non-members are welcome to visit for £3.50 per sessions and will get the same benefits as our members.
